The space Conveniently located near the heart of Lauderdale by the Sea. Beautiful unit with an excellent location. Sleeps a total of four people. It has a full kitchen, counter area for meals, one bathroom, a king bed and a queen sleeper sofa. Seating for up to 4 people outside on your private deck table- have breakfast watching the sunrise or dinner to the sounds of what's going on downtown! All linens provided. One set of towels and beach towels provided per each guest checking in. *Please note the security deposit is only charged if damage is caused and a claim is made* Guest access Private deck for your use only. We have keyless entry system in all our rooms. Extended cable service, free wifi, kitchen with pots, pans, plates and cutlery. The TVs are smart TVs but we do not provide Netflix or Hulu accounts- this is available to you if you have your own personal account. We also recommend you log out before check-in. We are not responsible if other guests use your account. Other things to note Housekeeping- Daily Housekeeping or daily exchange of towels can be offered at an additional charge which can be requested and paid for on-sight. Complimentary Light housekeeping is offered 1x a week for stays longer than four nights. Additional towel service is $25 per weekly stay and additional housekeeping is $50 per day. One time cleaning fee included for all departures.
