The max capacity of Villa Flora is 7 adults The space This fabulous property is located less than an hour away from the Santa Ynez Valley and Santa Barbara Wine Country and is owned by Bryan & Lisa Babcock of Babcock Winery. Guests receive complimentary tasting at the winery and discounts on their acclaimed wine during their stay. If you can’t make it up to the winery, but would like to have some Babcock wines during your stay, we are more than happy to deliver them to the House prior to your arrival. Other things to note IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE: We are very open to monthly stays as we love sharing our slice of paradise! Discounts for long term stays, please inquire. Regular gardening maintenance occurs Bi-weekly, pool is maintained weekly. The maximum capacity of Villa Flora is 7 adults Bedroom #4 is the smallest of bedrooms, it has a queen bed and a fold out couch (full). The 4th bedroom is directly attached to bedroom #3. Guests using the 4th bedroom must walk through Bedroom #3 to get to Bedroom #4. Bedrooms 1, 2 & 3 have their own en-suite bathroom. Guests using Bedroom #4 would share a restroom with Bedroom #3. Guests using Bedroom #4 must walk through Bedroom #3 to get to the shared restroom. Pool is automatically heated and the shallowest part of the pool is about 4 feet and the deepest about 7 feet. A well behaved pet is welcome with Pet Fee & Pet Agreement
