Furthermore, the home boasts a huge and welcoming entryway with a large staircase and a modern painting as the focal point. The home offers a home office (4th bedroom) and full bath downstairs and three more bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with double vanity overlooking the resort-like backyard with pool, mountain-view and 26 palm trees. The other two upstairs bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom with double vanity and bathtub. The front yard includes a large front-porch with modern outdoor furniture seating 3 ppl and coffee table. The backyard provides a private Mountain View with pool, two lounge chairs with sun umbrella & coffee table, outdoor dining, RV parking, BBQ with additional island to prepare food and plenty of space to relax. Guest access You'll be able to access all spaces with the exception of the garage. There is plenty of parking in the large driveway as well as street parking.
