The apartment features a living area with an open kitchen, a shower room with toilet, and two bedrooms: a master suite with a queen-size bed (160 cm), and a second bedroom with two twin beds and a pull-out bed suitable for a third child. The Kitchen’s equipment : refrigerator, freezer, hob, electric and microwave oven, washing machine, dishwasher, extractor hood, coffee machine, toaster. Bathroom with shower (120 cm), WC. Wifi. In the living room: 1 3-seater sofa. And more : hairdryer, ironing board, tall mirror, clothes-line, baby chair and bed on demand.Ceiling fan. Are supplied : Sheets (fitted or flat), and hand towels, duvet covers and pillow covers,. Sheets, pillowcase and cover are folded on the bed, packaged in sets. "Baby kit" must be requested online before arrival. It will provide the apartment with a folding baby cot with 1 sheet and a highchair, flatware, tumblers and plates, small bathtub.(Only one kit baby is available by appartment). The "VILLA DU GOLFE": It is located in front of the Grande Plage, facing the Bay of La Ciotat (elected "Most beautiful bay in the world" in 2019), the "Villa du Golfe" has 3 apartments on the ground floor, independent, comfortable, perfectly equipped (car parks, furnished terraces) and a personalized website. The Villa is heritage listed. It is atypical with an apse punctuated by eight pillars and presents a perfect example of Art Deco seaside architecture. The area is lively, attractive (shops, restaurants...) and its sandy beach offers safe swimming. Ideal family. The seaside Promenade, in front of the villa, leads to the pretty port of La Ciotat, very authentic and its no less picturesque town centre. Guest access The apartment is situated at the ground (Brit) first (Am) garden level of a large villa, "Villa du Golfe" (south facade) and have an independent entrance door. Parking for 1 car maximum. You can head straight to the beach in bathing suit. Just a street to be crossed. Possibility to rest and eat on the terrace. Please give us your arrival time to hand you keys. Public electric charging stations are available in front of the Post Office car park, approximately 300 meters from the rental. NB: Recharging on the rental's domestic outlets is prohibited for safety reasons. A risk of overheating of the line can cause substantial damage (fire, short circuit, etc.) not covered by insurance. We do not accept any liability. Other things to note Included in the "Household-Laundry" package: bed sheets and pillowcases, towels and tea towel + cleaning on departure day + a hygiene kit (liquid soap, shampoo, 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 doses of washing machine) dishes, dishwashing detergent, 1 scraper sponge, 1 trash bag) and a baby kit (on request). Reminder: you will find folded sheets and towels on the bed upon arrival. Do not forget to reserve the Baby Kit before your arrival (NB: Only one baby kit with travel cot is available per apartment). Information: COVID-19 pandemic prevention in 2020 In the context of the pandemic, here are the preventive measures that we are taking, ensuring that our rentals are free from coronavirus. Cleaning techniques: ventilation of the premises for more than 3 hours, vacuuming of floors and wiping of surfaces with disposable equipment, conventional cleaning of surfaces, sanitary facilities, floors and equipment followed by full disinfection with a virucidal and bactericidal surface disinfectant . Linen: All cushions, bedspreads and linens are changed between each traveler, washed and disinfected in specialized laundry. NB: We provide for your stay a ready-to-use surface disinfectant (1 liter) composed of 0.1% sodium hypochlorite (bleach) and a bottle of liquid soap for hand washing . Beach and sea bathing: The location of the villa in front of the beach allows sunbathing within the villa (without lying on the beach) and crossing to bathe in the sea.
