The space The apartment is divided into two floors that can be completely independent for access, habitability and functionality. Guests will be accommodated on the upper floor (with one bedroom) if the request comes up to a maximum of two people. The house is located in an olive grove near La Selva village, along a gentle slope with a beautiful sea overview - 150 m away as the crow flies - and the touristic harbor. The house is just 2 km from the center of Finale Ligure towards Varigotti: you can reach it by the Manie Road (upstream) or the Aurelia Street (seafront). Our property has a comfortable swimming pool equipped with sun loungers and umbrella: it’s open from May to October. La Selva is an ideal place for relaxation, for nature lovers and for those who want a handy reference to practicing the many outdoor activities offered by the Finale (rock climbing, mountain biking, cycling, downhill, hiking, horseback riding, scuba diving, sailing, windsurfng, paragliding, etc). Availability of a barbecue to cook on the grill with table and chairs for outdoor dining. Guest access CHECK-IN time is from 3.00 PM to 9.00 PM. Communication regarding the approximate time of your arrival is appreciated. The keys of the apartment and the gate remote control are delivered directly by the host upon your arrival. INSTRUCTIONS TO REACH THE HOUSE The house address is Località Selva, Finale Ligure. Exit by the motorway at Finale Ligure paytoll. Carry on south along the SS490, towards the sea, for about 3.5 km until you cross the Via Aurelia (SS1). At the crossroad, turn left, take the Via Aurelia (SS1) and keep on towards the center of Finale Ligure. Drive through the city (via Torino, Corso Europa) and, just before the tunnel named Castelletto, turn left in Via Santuario. After 150 m, take the first right (Strada Panoramica delle Manie, SP45): the road goes up the hill. Continue for about 2 km: when you arrive at the crossroad, turn right (there's a white signboard La Selva), the road down to the sea. Carry on for 300 m and then turn tight to right: you will find a signboard and a green gate of the PROPRIETA LA SELVA. Ring the bell and wait for the gate opening. Carry on for 400 m along this private road and you get the house. Other things to note INCLUDED IN THE PRICE - Final cleaning service, heating (15 November-31 March), drinkable water, warm water and electricity costs, free Wi-Fi (download max 100 Mbit/s; upload max 20 Mbit/s), Sat TV, pool use and car parking close to home. POOL - Open from the beginning of May to the end of October. Access and use are reserved for guests of the apartments of the La Selva Property, in compliance with a regulation that allows a correct and shared use. It is therefore not a space for exclusive use. It's located on a large terrace below the house. LA SELVA is a quiet place: our guests observe a respectful behaviour towards other people, the environment and the surrounding nature.
