Other things to note HOUSE RULES: This is a quiet residential area. Quiet Times apply from 9pm to 8am. Parties are strictly prohibited, guests who disturb neighbours or break house rules may be evicted. Strictly no Leavers/Schoolies bookings Mobile reception varies; Telstra works best. All linen is provided (except beach towels). FIREWOOD NOTICE:  Due to a State-wide firewood shortage, firewood will not be supplied during the warmer months November to April. The property is equipped with a reverse-cycle air conditioner ensuring you stay comfortable year-round.  During the colder months (May–October), we do our best to provide enough firewood for two nights. You’re also welcome to bring your own dirt and bark free firewood or purchase firewood locally from hardware stores or petrol stations in Denmark. This approach helps protect local forests and complies with Western Australia’s biosecurity rules.  PETS: Ocean Beach House is fully fenced & Well behaved dogs are welcome. Booking this property is automatic acceptance of the following Pet Policy. PET POLICY: Pet Fee of $80 per stay. Maximum 2 dogs (not cats or puppies). • Fully house-trained dogs only inside the property. • No dogs on beds or furniture at any time. • Noise must be kept to a minimum—excessive barking/howling is not permitted. • Pets must not be left unsupervised inside at any time. • Guests must bring their own pet bedding & food bowls. • All pet waste must be cleaned up and disposed of in a sanitary manner.
