Come as a family or work from home/the seaside, whatever your reason to escape to the coast, we welcome you. The space Our beautiful beach home is the perfect place for a family vacation. The gated/private front patio is equipped with a bbq grill and a shaded conversation/dining set. Each bedroom has access to their own bathrooms, so there is privacy for everyone in your group! The amazing sunset views can be seen from the dining room, living room or master bedroom. Along with access to a quiet California beach, you'll also have access to Monterey Colony Dunes' community activities (swimming pool, hot tub, basketball court, shuffle board). Guest access You will have full access to our property, as well as access to Monterey Colony Dunes' community activities. Other things to note We follow Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. Here are a few highlights: We sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob. We use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination. We clean each room using extensive cleaning checklists. We provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay. We comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines. Please note, the home is tri-level, and there are steps to get into the first floor. There are also steps to get to the living room/dining room area, as well as the additional bedroom.
