The rate is $300 a night you will have the entire place to yourself and access to all bedrooms and living space. We are pet and baby friendly. Three bathrooms all with showers one of them in the master bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen with a commercial stove. Two patios the back one with a grill. Short walking distance to the village. A 5 minute drive to HITS and only 30 minutes from the Catskills mountains. Guest access Guests have access to the entire Victorian house as well as the front, and back patio. The grill on the back patio is all yours! We also have a yard that guests are welcome to use as long as you don’t mind sharing with our children and dog Izzy! The only things not accessible to guests is the basement and attic to the house and the fire place does not ever get used.
