Luxury Villa Olive with pool+Jacuzzi - Dubrovnik

Villa Olive is a luxury villa, part of a small family resort, situated close to the Croatian coast & just 6 km from the heart of the Dubrovnik Old Town. We are just far enough away from the crowds through the border into the quieter Herzegovina region of BOSNIA. (New faster channels completed December 2019). The villa has private infinity pool that can be heated, air-conditioning throughout, internet access and satellite TV. It sleeps up to 8 guests. The space The extensive terrace at Villa Olive offers different areas to relax, sunbathe and dine alfresco. The large private infinity pool that can be heated during the cooler months, commands views stretching across to the Dubrovnik Rivera. Olive sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably with 2 master bedrooms en suite and 2 further twin rooms with adjacent bathrooms. There is a futher WC and shower by the pool. Living accommodation is modern, spacious and open plan, with air conditioning, internet access, satellite TV and a DVD player. All the above just 14 km from the Dubrovnik Airport and 4 km from the beaches. Guest access NB: WE ARE LOCATED ON TOP OF THE MOUNTAIN , WITH NO PUBLIC TRANSPORT AND ARE NOT SUITABLE NON-DRIVERS OR THOSE GUESTS JUST WISHING TO PARTY. The entire villa is for you to enjoy, with large terraces, Jacuzzi and private infinity pool. Pool heating is included in the villa price in all months except July and August when it is provided at £15 per day. Jacuzzi is heated all year round to the temperature required for your comfort. NB: The pool will not be filled from end of November until beginning of April, as it is not possible to heat in the winter months. Other things to note IMPORTANT INFORMATION: OUR ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION IS NOT SUITABLE FOR THOSE WISHING TO PARTY! The pool is serviced most days. All linen is included. Bedding changed on request. Bathroom and pool towels are provided but not beach towels. On request we can provide a full single pull out bed, large baby travel cot, high chair and baby car seat. We can also offer a babysitting service, if available. There is a small additional cost charge. We offer a complimentary 2 hour mini housekeeping service, once in a week. Servicing the kitchen, lounge and bathrooms. We would also like ensure you that we have a high standard of cleanliness but in addition due to the Covid virus we will ensure the property will be immaculately disinfected and cleaned after the departure of each guest.
