Close to all facilities. Downstairs is an open plan kitchen with dishwasher, microwave living area with tv/dvd and Foxtel, cd player, reverse cycle air-conditioner, main bathroom with vanity, walk in shower and w/c, 2 bedrooms, laundry with top loader washing machine. Upstairs is a spacious main bedroom with balcony with views to Sultana Point, tv/dvd on wall, ensuite with walk in shower, vanity and w/c. Gas bbq, outdoor setting, fish cleaning facility, and off-street parking. Garage not for use. Historic seaside town of Edithburgh offers an excellent boat ramp, jetty, tidal swimming pool, playground, golf course, 2 Hotels, deli, take away and Cafe, not to mention the beautiful sights of Yorke Peninsula. Bed configuration - bed 1 - king, bed 2 - queen plus tri-bunk (double on bottom, single on top), bed 3 - tri-bunk. Pillows and quilts are provided you will need to bring your linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels - king bed sheets (top and bottom, not including pillow cases) for the main bed can be hired for a cost of $35 - if you would like to hire please let office staff know.
