Enjoy the magical Guilderton sunsets from this beautiful three-level home with two front balconies offering some of the best ocean views in town. It is a two-minute walk to the beach. This property has 5 bedrooms so is ideal for two or three families to enjoy with plenty of room for everyone. Wifi is connected. The space The 3rd level (top floor) has 4 bedrooms, one bathroom a large lounge with comfortable couches, a large TV with WIFI connectivity and BluRay DVD player, with its own balcony with expansive ocean views - all perfect for a retreat from the crowd. The 2nd level (accessible by 2 steps from the driveway / back yard) boasts the main living area with a large leather lounge suite. There is a TV and BluRay DVD player with Netflix (you need your own code). Some DVDs are provided for guests’ use. This is also an ideal spot to keep an eye on children from the kitchen. There is a large dining table that seats 12. The kitchen has all the amenities you may need, including a dishwasher and a large fridge. There is a double bedroom on this level, as well as bathroom facilities (a toilet and shower) and a laundry with washing machine and dryer. The front balcony is ideal for outdoor meals when the weather is fine. The downstairs games room on the 1st level has its own lounge suite, a table-tennis table, and a pool table. In the adjacent room is a second fridge – perfect for keeping drinks cold – and a deep-freeze. In the back yard, there is a BBQ and a table and bench seats, ideal for enjoying an afternoon drink and dinner on hot summer evenings. An outdoor hot shower is invaluable for washing off sand and salt after returning from the nearby beach. The property also has evaporative air-conditioning for those hot summer days. The carpets and much of the furniture have been recently replaced to provide greater comfort for guests. Pack a hamper and spend the day or a balmy evening with good company at the gas-fired free barbecues under the trees by the river and enjoy the river mouth view. Mother nature is often in action, and occasionally the mouth of the river sandbar opens to the sea. Swing the clubs on one of the most picturesque 9-hole golf courses in WA. For a family fun day out, enjoy a game of mini golf. Paddle, kayak or canoe up the Moore River Test your sand board skills at the sand hills. Enjoy majestic sunsets over the Indian ocean.
