K'Banalours – Chalet – Wellness (spa) Mont Blanc

If you are after a comfy and bright chalet with a view of the whole of the Mont Blanc mountain chain that you can enjoy from the living room, the net that’s inside the house or even from the jacuzzi and sauna, well, you have it here … welcome to the K’banalours ! Our chalet includes 5 king size bed rooms with each its own private bathroom and an access to our wellness area through the living room. TV Room (video projector) The space Our house has 3 floors : Downstairs is a flat for part of the family or friends who wish a little more calm or intimacy because it is entirely separated from the rest of the house as the entrance is at the back– inside the flat, there is a bathroom with an Italian shower and separate toilets, one bedroom with a kingsize bed and a desk, a second bedroom for a child with a single bed and a room that combine kitchen and living room. At the same level, the main entrance of the house (on the opposite side of the flat’s entrance) will give you access to the ski room and the laundry room. On the first floor is the kitchen that opens to the living room that gives access to an outside terrace through a large bay window. Both the kitchen and the living have a view on the mountain chain as have the welness area which you can enter from the living. It has a jacuzzi, a sauna, a shower and a toilet. On this level, there is also a toilet next to the dressing room that gives access to the master bedroom. This bedroom has its own private bathroom. Upstairs, on your right are the two bedrooms, each one with its own private bathroom and its access to the balcony. In the first one, there is a a king size bed and above it, a mezzanine with a 140 bed. The second one has a king size bed and a possible baby bed. Besides the two bedrooms, you also have a bathroom with a bath for kids or to enjoy after a long day of skiing. On the left of the stairs is the TV room with its projector, library and net on which you can lie down and enjoy the view through a huge bay window which also has a door that gives access to the balcony and to the solarium terrace with its amazing view on the Mont Blanc. To finish with the inside of the house, from the TV room you can climb up a wooden ladder to find a mountain-style room in the attic. Outside, there is a little wooden hut for the kids, a sand pile, a large space with lawn as well as a pétanque ground that can be lit up so you can play even in the evening. After booking your hpuse, you will receive an e-mail in which you can see some additional services on offer. The only rooms that you will not have access to are the garage but there is enough space in front of the house to park several cars.
