The space The reservation for our villa is only reserved for families and people from 32 years old The neighborhood is very sought after because it is very nice and above all you have everything next door. The villa includes: - A living room that reveals a beautiful ceiling height with its cathedral roof and fireplace. - A fully equipped kitchen with its central island. On two floors you have 4 bedrooms: - a master suite with its bathroom (shower and bathtub), a bed of 160*200, a bed of 80*190 and a small corner office to work. - 1 bedroom with a bed of 180*200 - 1 bedroom with 3 beds of 80 wide but possibility to arrange differently and to pair them according to the number of people. - 1 small bedroom with a bed 90 cm wide. Important: the linen pack is included (sheets, small and large towels, towels, bath mats washed at 90°) All furniture and bedding are new. You have another bathroom with a shower and a toilet. A toilet is also present on the 1st floor with its sink. We have everything you need for babies (beds, sunbeds ...) Do not hesitate to tell me what you will need for your stay! You have a large swimming pool secured to the standard, with gate, alarm, sunbeds and umbrella available. Facing south, you have the sun all day with a view of the rhune. It includes a plot of 1350 m2 . You will enjoy an exceptional view of the mountains. In addition a large garage just for you, to store your bikes, business etc. You have at your disposal surfs , suits , body board, (please tell us your sizes before your arrival) But also full of beach accessories and games... IMPORTANT NOTE - For rentals of more than 7 days we will make you a special rate thank you to contact us. - resort insurance will be requested upon your reservation via your insurance as well as a deposit of 2500€ by check on arrival. -a rental contract will be delivered as well as an inventory .! !! You will be asked for a 300th cleaning fee on arrival (mandatory for everyone ) A supplement may be deducted from the deposit when the keys are returned if the bins are not emptied and deposited in the centenary.
