Guest access You have full and private access to the top two floors of a large house including private access to the entry mudroom and laundry room found on the ground floor. There is a completely separate breakout unit with no sharing of any spaces except the driveway that has an entrance on the ground floor along the far side of the house. Other things to note This is a beloved family home that we are happy to occasionally rent when not in use. If you’re looking for a comfortable, well-loved home with an amazing view to share with friends and family, this is your place. This is also one of the original homes at Sugarloaf — while we are continually updating, it is not a brand-new luxury property. If you’re looking for a “party house” or a more “hotel-like” setting, this is not the home for you — but there are many other great options on the mountain! A few VERY important notes: Hot Tub: Typically available during the winter season for a $200 fee. Outside of ski season, it may be filled by our hot tub company for an additional fee (usually around $350). Please inquire for details. Mountain Nature: As this is a mountain home surrounded by nature, you may encounter flies (especially in the fall and spring). We proactively treat for them, but this is a reality of mountain living. As someone who is not a fan of bugs or pests, trust that we do our best to keep them at bay. Air Conditioning: The main room and master bedroom have A/C. While hot days in the mountains are uncommon, it can happen — but evenings cool off nicely. We also provide plenty of fans to help bring in fresh, cool air. Breakout Unit: There is a one-bedroom unit below this property that is rented seasonally. It has its own private entrance and shares no common spaces with our home (except the driveway). People will most likely be there during your stay. Pets: This home is a no-pets rental. On the rare occasion we approve an exception, there is an additional $500 security deposit and a mandatory $200 pet cleaning fee to ensure the home is properly deep-cleaned. We’re sure your pet is wonderful, hypoallergenic, and well-loved (we love ours, too!) — but please do not bring a pet without prior approval. We will find out, and it just gets awkward.
