The gourmet kitchen is outfitted with high-end stainless steel appliances and fully stocked with all the necessary cooking gear. Outdoor living is enhanced with a kitchen, dishwasher and beverage fridge, a seven-person hot tub, and a cozy fire pit area. A beautiful 20x40 pool maintained at a comfortable 80°F, and is 3' to 6' deep. Nestled in the serenity of our beautifully landscaped backyard, the inground pool is crowned by a captivating waterfall, creating a tranquil oasis for relaxation and rejuvenation. This stunning feature pours crystal-clear water gracefully, adding a soothing soundtrack of cascading sounds that enhances the peaceful ambiance. The outdoor area is equipped with a grill for delightful home-cooked meals and a hot tub, perfect for relaxing under the starlit sky. HOUSE RULES Minimum Stays: Please note that we require a minimum of two nights for weekend stays and three nights for midweek bookings. Saturday: please be aware that we do not schedule changeovers on Saturdays to ensure the smooth management of our property. Occupancy: Our home comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests. To maintain the quality of your stay, we kindly request that no additional day guests be invited. Age Requirements: Guests should be at least 28 years old unless accompanied by family members. This helps us ensure a responsible and enjoyable experience for all. Pet Policy: We welcome your furry friends! Please contact our property manager for approval before your stay. A fee of $200 per pet will apply. Security Measures: For the safety and security of our guests, we operate a front-facing camera and a camera facing the front yard.
