It includes a coffee maker (as well as coffee and tea), a kettle, silverware and utensils, anything you need to cook, a toaster, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, laundry machine and dryer - all brand new. The living room is spacious and has a LCD TV screen with Netflix, Hulu and selected sports channels, a pull-out queen sized sofa bed and lounge chairs. The backyard is large and serves as a great hangout. Guest access Whole house is accessible to you. Other things to note This home is a half a block from a train track. This is extremely common in Memphis as we have multiple industrial railroads that run right through town. Luckily, this particular spot is right before an unloading point for the trains so they are always going quite slow. You may hear the horn, but that is literally everywhere in the city limits. Also, Fedex is headquartered just 5 miles down the road and planes can be heard going over head every few minutes at specific 20-30 minute periods at specific times during the day or night.
