Kanonika Homes Eco Villas (Itamos & Kelyfos) are two independent eco-friendly suites set on a private 6-acre estate among olive trees. Each villa accommodates 2–4 guests and offers privacy, comfort, and stunning sea and nature views. Located on a hillside 300m above sea level, just 700m from the traditional village of Parthenonas and only 5 km from Neos Marmaras, they combine tranquility with easy access to beaches, dining, and local life. The space Kanonika Homes Eco Villas accommodate 2–3 adults, with the option of a 4th guest on a portable bed. For safety and comfort reasons, children under 12 are not allowed, unless both villas are reserved, allowing families to enjoy the property privately. Each villa features a 35 sqm open-plan suite, combining bedroom and living area into one elegant space. The suite includes a walk-in shower and a fully equipped kitchen that extends outdoors to a private veranda with an outdoor kitchen, perfect for preparing and enjoying meals in nature. A spacious outdoor area surrounds each villa, offering multiple spots to relax throughout the day or dine outdoors while enjoying unobstructed sea views. The sleeping area features an elevated queen-size bed (160×200) with a Cocomat® mattress, ensuring exceptional comfort and a direct sea view from your pillow. A sofa converts into a bed for an additional guest, and an extra portable bed is available upon request. Each eco villa is equipped with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a 49” Smart TV, and private parking. Every suite has its own private outdoor area, ideal for sunbathing during the day or enjoying quiet summer nights beneath a star-filled sky. Cleaning service is provided once per week for stays longer than 7 nights.
