Our house is 2 story/we live upstairs in a quiet neighborhood of Richmond/El Sob area. We have in-law unit on street level with one full bathroom, small bedroom with one comfy queen bed, tv, wi-fi, separate living area with kitchenette, microwave, medium size refrigerator, coffee maker, and single bed for 3rd person. Separate entrance, complete privacy, Easy check in and out! two car parking at the front of the house, quiet cul-de-sac street, one block away from De-Anza high school, church..., Make yourself home - Coffee and tea of your choice will be provided in the kitchenette, milk, juice, eggs, and bottle of water, in the refrigerator, and fruit, and cookies on the countertop, noodle, cereal, oatmeal, spices etc... in the cabinet above the sink or in the white base cabinet. (included) Wireless internet, complete privacy, grocery stores nearby: Lucky and entire restaurants and shopping strip is on Fitzgerald drive only 5 minutes away, Safeway on Tara hills only 8 minutes in Pinole, drive in Starbucks on Fitzgerald Dr. in Pinole by car. For golfers: Richmond Country club is just 5.5 miles away, Martinez Pine Meadow Public Golf Course 15.5 miles and Moraga country club 13.5 miles away and Pinole lanes bowling is just minutes away from our home. For children's entertainment: Six Flags Discovery Kingdom in Vallejo is less than 16 miles away, also, we have Lamont park just walking distance on Morningside dr for fresh air and picnic. 3 people carpools on Highway 80 to San Francisco, look at signs on the highway- it would save you a time. If you look under the sink cabinet, you may find water boiler, juicer, iron and frying pan, small rice cooker and a bag of rice etc... You can text or call for your questions anytime. Our guests must have fun and you deserve the first class service. It is a quiet neighborhood of Richmond and El Sobrante hills. Going to Napa or San Francisco would be just 30-60min drive and to Berkeley 15-25min. depending on traffic and a time of the day. If you are 3 of you, then you can carpool during busy time. Also, 10- 25 min drive to Orinda, Lafayette, and Walnut Creek. You can do hiking in Wildcat canyon, also, we can direct you to Muir wood, Mount Tam hiking. Less than five miles away from Kennedy Grove regional park and close to Tilden Park, Alvarodo park etc... 3 people can carpool on these highways Highway 80 and 580, accept 24, and 4, also close Richmond San Rafael bridge to North bay, Carquinez bridge to Napa, to Del Norte BART station San Francisco only 10 min by car, Also, Orinda Bart station is 15 min away to go Walnut Creek etc... 3 people carpools on Highway 80 to San Francisco, look at signs on the highway, it would save you a time. This winter is colder than usual, please bring your warm clothes and rain gear. We have central heater that works very well and also, portable heater for your convenience in the unit. Plenty of extra blankets are in the unit. We keep them fresh.
