"1ST BASE APT 2" is a second level (fully air- conditioned) 2 bedroom apartment with a kitchen, dining area, living room with a 50" Flat Screen TV and one full bath. Both bedrooms include a king bed each with a 50" flat screen TV’s as well. For families / friends that wish to group together, “1ST BASE APT 1” is on the first floor and sleeps 4 as well. Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check-in will receive 95% refund (5% credit card processing fee applies). Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund.
