The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove top and oven, as well as a microwave, crock pot, drip coffee maker and toaster. In the kitchen closet is the stacked washer and dryer. On this same main floor is the master queen bedroom and bath. Upstairs, the loft features both a queen and a twin bed with another full bath. For entertainment, there is WiFi, a DVD player and a CD player. There's plenty of space for relaxing either inside or out at Sunset Overlook. Don't miss the spectacular sunsets dropping behind Mt. Yonah from the back deck, screened porch or new outdoor fire pit. The night sky from this location is perfect for star gazing. Bring your star guide and see who can find the most constellations! Located only 6.5 miles from downtown Helen. Floor Plan: Main Floor - Living Room, Kitchen, Master Queen Bedroom and Full Bath Loft - One Queen Bed and One Twin Bed with Full Bath. This is a pet-friendly cabin and a one-time per-pet fee will be added if you bring your dog(s). The pet fees that will be added to your reservation are $75 + tax for the first and $50 + tax for each additional. • Minimum Age Requirement: Sunset Overlook is available to families or to guests 21 years or older. • Parking: Space is available for 2 vehicles. • Access: The roads are paved all the way to the property. • Pets: Pets are allowed at Sunset Overlook. • Location: 6 miles to downtown Helen. Other things to note Georgia Mountain Rentals will be in contact with you to ask for your physical address and email address. Airbnb only shares your name and phone number on the reservation. Once we have the addresses, we will send you a Reservation Confirmation and our Guest Agreement in the form of an Adobe Sign document. We will ask for your signature in a couple of places, a guest list with the names and ages of each person staying at one of our properties and a copy of the front of your driver’s license. This confirms that you have read and accept the terms of our Guest Agreement. This is standard procedure and mandatory for all reservations.
