You’ll have the entire yard and home to yourself. The backyard is plenty big for kiddos to explore. We will offer a fire pit for the fall/winter with seating. There is currently 2 outdoor tables available for outdoor dining. This is a brick ranch built in the 1970’s. It is not brand new, with the latest updated amenities. The bathrooms are what you’d expect to find in a home built in the 70’s. They are sufficient but not massive. We want to keep expectations reasonable. What you may sacrifice on “newness”, we make up for on charm. What we love about this home is the open layout that easily accommodates a family. The kitchen allows for meal prep with all the basics provided. You’ll feel relaxed in the homes clean, updated decor. We love playing cards around the large kitchen table. You have room to stretch!
