Just two blocks from downtown’s shops and restaurants and less than a mile to both North and South Beach, this home offers the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience. Set on a private half-acre lot surrounded by mature trees, it’s ideal for families or groups of friends looking to enjoy all that South Haven has to offer. 🌳 THE SPACE After a day at the beach or exploring town, unwind on the screened porch overlooking the backyard and patio, a guest favorite for morning coffee or evening conversation. Gather around the firepit for s’mores under the stars, or challenge your crew to a game on the large mobile whiteboard — perfect for Pictionary or even team brainstorming during retreats. Inside, the bright, spacious living area offers two large sofas, a gas fireplace, and a Roku Smart TV. The well-equipped kitchen includes a gas stove, dishwasher, coffee maker (carafe and K-cup), and plenty of cookware and dishes. The dining room features a large table seating eight, plus an additional dinette for four — perfect for shared meals and game nights. 🛌 SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS This comfortable home sleeps up to 12 guests across four bedrooms. The main floor master includes a king bed and Roku TV with an adjoining updated bathroom. Upstairs, you’ll find two queen bedrooms, one with a daybed and trundle, plus a fourth bedroom with two twin beds and trundles — great for kids or extra guests. A pack-and-play and booster seat are provided for families. 🚿 BATHROOMS & AMENITIES The main floor bath features a walk-in shower accessible from both the master and hallway. The upstairs bath includes a jetted tub/shower combo — perfect after a day at the beach. Please refrain from using any type of tape or adhesive (including Command strips, sticky strips, poster putty, etc.) anywhere in the house. This includes walls, windows, trim, frames, and other surfaces. Unfortunately, these products can cause damage, and we work hard to ensure the home remains in pristine condition for every guest to enjoy.
