Guests will have sole access to the upstairs section of the home, with street front entry and private parking for 2 vehicles. Stylishly decorated, guests will find numerous thoughtful touches throughout to make them feel right at home during their stay. After a night of peaceful sleep in our comfy king beds, you can enjoy your morning coffee in the master bedroom sitting area or outside on the covered porch before heading out to explore the area for the day. The home is situated on 1.5 acres, with a creek that runs through the very back of the property. This shared outdoor space is available for guest use during their stay. Please note: **NO pets or animals allowed, NO smoking of any kind permitted, NO parties or gatherings. **Though there is a fireplace in the home, it is not available for guest use. No fires in the fireplace, please. **There are 2 steps up to the front porch entrance, and there are 11 steps off the side porch that connect to the back of the property and to the entrance of the downstairs apartment that is rented to other guests. This home is equipped with a keyless keypad lock. Guests will enter a code into the lock on the door, allowing for a convenient and contactless self check-in process.
