The space Large private 2,000 +/- square foot 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment with large Living Room, Formal Dining Room, large kitchen with Breakfast Area. Large Front Balcony overlooking Franklin Street, and beautiful rear Balcony overlooking the landscaped courtyard. The Courtyard is available to guests and connects 4 apartments. Our other property “The Natchez Gaol” next door sleeps up to 6 and “The Law” sleeps 4 and is downstairs. Have a large group?—let us know! Apartment has a smart TV Wi-Fi and Cable TV., with DVD players. Beautiful spaces to relax and enjoy Natchez It is located in the heart of Historic Downtown Natchez Guest access The apartment is a single rental space. There is another apartment downstairs and they share access via the back hall with the staircase. If preferred you can access the apartment via a spiral exterior Staircase and enter via the Master Bedroom. Other things to note Natchez is a great place to visit and downtown is a great walking area with shopping, fine dining, bars, and live music. “Above the Law” is just off the Downtown Walking Trail and a short walk to the historic Natchez Bluffs. We are very close to St Mary’s Basilica. *While we do not charge a separate cleaning fee at time of booking, for long-term stays maid service can be arranged on request and additional fees may apply. Our guests are able to use a member only pool in Downtown Natchez - open seasonally May - Sept The building has been used for the production crew of several movies filmed in Natchez. The new Movie The Ritual with Al Pachino was filmed in several areas, as well as Jones County. The Screenwriter for Rumble through the Dark stayed here as well.
