Every day, sea eagles fly by, the wind drives away the oppressive heat and the view over the lagoon, which reaches the horizon on many days, gives you the feeling of being by the sea. In the silent nights, the call of the forest owl and the rustling of the old pine trees, under which this holiday home is nestled, makes you forget everyday life. Warm rays of sunshine flood through the south-facing glass front with floor-to-ceiling windows and immerse the comfortably furnished living room in a bright light. In the spirit of master builder Biber, the building consists mainly of wood. Now take a look outside: you have a great view framed by old trees over the lagoon, which extends almost to the horizon. Many bird nests and nurseries of the wild hide in the reed bed. Here you are really in the middle of nature and maybe even a sea eagle is circling? The vacation home is well equipped, tastefully furnished and offers up to four people a home for an extraordinary holiday on the island of Usedom on 150 m² of living space. The large cooking and dining area can be entered from the living room and faces southwest. It has a dishwasher, induction stovetop, microwave and fridge/freezer combination. On the opposite side of the living room you reach the first bedroom (double bed 1.80 x 2.00 m, height 56 cm) with adjoining bathroom, in which there is a floor-level shower (1.20 x 1.20 m) and a sink that can be driven under. The ground floor is deliberately built to be barrier-free and is therefore a suitable holiday home for wheelchair users. The second shower room with a walk-in shower (1.00 x 1.00 m), bathtub and wheelchair-accessible sink is also on the ground floor. The height of the toilet is 43 cm.  The entire vacation home is equipped with underfloor heating. The beautiful wooden staircase leads to the upper floor. Here you will find another living room. The great view of the lagoon through the floor-to-ceiling windows will enchant you every day. Upstairs is the second bedroom with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a toilet. All living rooms and bedrooms are equipped with satellite TV. The entire property of course has Wi-Fi (fiber optic 50 Mbps). All windows are provided with fly screens. The bedrooms can be darkened. The washing machine in the utility room is free of charge. In summer, seating and sun loungers on the approx. 50 m² south terrace invite you to relax. An electric grill is available for enjoyable food. Dreamlike sunsets are best enjoyed with a glass of wine right on the edge of the cliff. From the dining room you enter the approx. 20 m² west terrace. This allows you to enjoy your stay outdoors depending on the position of the sun. The 8,000 m² property, which is not fenced to the lagoon, is largely natural (no ornamental lawn) and is often visited by game and birds of all kinds. Here, whatever the soil produces is allowed to grow.  At the edge of the property towards the edge of the lagoon, a Finnish log cabin sauna with electric stove, changing room, garden shower and an equally impressive view of the lagoon is at your disposal. As a guest of the vacation home, you have access to a private bathing jetty that can be shared by only a few other vacation guests. Here you can only hear the sound of the waves and the reeds. The jetty can be reached via the adjacent property.  You can safely park your bikes in the bicycle storage room with e-bike charging facilities. A total of up to three cars can be parked on the property.  This vacation home is designated as allergy-friendly, as the fillings of the pillows and blankets are synthetic (no down). Pets are not allowed. For more information, please contact us before booking. The utility bill for gas, water and electricity is based on consumption. The meter readings are recorded on arrival and departure and billed after departure. Arrival and departure are only possible on Saturdays (minimum stay is always 7 nights). We provide bed linen and towels free of charge for your stay. Sauna packages (bathrobe and 2 sauna towels) can be provided on request (EUR 12.50 per person). Contact persons are always available on site. Upon arrival, a security deposit of EUR 250.00 must be deposited in cash, which will be refunded on the day of departure, provided the vacation home has been returned without damage.
