Mountain Splendor - Starr Crest Resort The space Mountain Splendor The perfect name for this 2 story 2 bedroom (1 private & 1 loft) cabin with amazing, breathtaking 180 degree views of Mt. LeConte. Mountain Splendor was the first cabin developed at the top peak of the Mountain. It is one of the highest occupied cabins in the resort year after year. As you enter the cabin, the first thing you will notice is that the owner spared no expense. The full kitchen features stainless steel appliances which include refrigerator/ice maker, stove, microwave, and dish-washer. You will also find a blender, coffee maker, and more, all that is necessary to prepare a gourmet meal for two or a hot, satisfying family meal. You will feel as if you are dining on the top of the mountain as you sit at the beautiful dining table with the splendid mountain views all around you. Snuggle on the sofa in front of the fireplace and watch a movie or retire to the master bedroom where you will find a comfortable king bed. The master bedroom also has its own adjoining full bathroom with tub and shower. Upstairs in the loft area, you will be greeted with even more breathtaking mountain views from the floor to ceiling windows. You will also find one of the best equipped game rooms in the area, outfitted with a pool table, air hockey, and arcade game for your enjoyment and a second bathroom featuring a 2 person Jacuzzi tub and a heated towel rack for added luxury and enjoyment. Oh and did we mention the views? Well we really can’t stress them enough. Imagine sitting in the hot tub with mountain splendor all around you! That is exactly what you will get when you soak in this hot tub! Other things to note - ALL ADVERTISED "2 BEDROOM CABINS" features an enclosed (PRIVATE) bedroom on the main floor and an open loft (NOT PRIVATE) second bedroom upstairs sharing the floor with the game area. In other words, the king bed located in the open loft floor is considered the "second bedroom"; please understand, one out of the two bedrooms in this cabin does not contain a door that allows for any privacy from the rest of the floor.  - Not a secluded cabin. Due to being located in a resort setting, there are neighboring cabins to be mindful of.  - Cabins are easily accessible year-round as the roads are well maintained by the resort staff to provide stress-free travel to all guests. The resort features inclined roads that are paved, wide, and do not require special vehicles or four-wheel drive to navigate, however, should a four-wheel drive vehicle be accessible to you, it would benefit our guests to drive that vehicle when visiting during the winter months in case of snowfall, to be able to access other parts of town comfortably. - Offers a gas fireplace that is for ambiance purposes only. This fireplace is not advertised as a heating source for the cabin. - Furnished with Aspen Log Furniture to provide that rustic, but luxurious cabin feel. - Charcoal for the outdoor grill, kitchen spices/oils for preparing meals in the kitchen, coffee filters for the coffee maker, and clothes hangers are special items that we would like to point out that we do not provide to guests during their stay.  - FOR AIRBNB LISTING PURPOSES - We DO provide pots and pans for our guests, however, we DO NOT provide spices and oil.
