General information These general conditions are an integral part of the contract entered into with the OWNER and are intended to regulate the booking conditions alongside and supplementing the legal provisions applicable from time to time. Each GUEST declares and accepts that these conditions are binding for themselves and for the people they indicate at the time of booking. 2. Contract stipulation Booking a place to stay can be done in various ways: directly with vacanzealcivico, through portals or OTAs, or through other resellers. With your reservation, you propose to the OWNER the stipulation of the contract in a binding form. The contract will be considered finalized with the booking confirmation by vacanzealcivico, which will be sent within 7 days in writing by email or portal.
