It sleeps 2. ** Where will I be? ** Riverside Studio has direct access to Minnamurra River. Within easy walking distance you will find cafes and the Minnamurra train station. It is a 3 minute drive to the local IGA, liquor shop and takeaways. The Minnamurra River is literally on your doorstep and local amenities are a short walk or drive away. ** How is the property laid out? ** Riverside Studio has a queen bed as well as a double sofa bed ideal for 2 adults and 2 children. Please let us know at the time of booking if you are planning on using the sofa bed. There is a kitchenette with a steam/convection oven and a separate single induction cooking ring. ** WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV - will I have it? ** This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. All of the windows and the side door to the studio have flyscreens, so you can catch the breeze in the summer. ** What about sheets, towels and other supplies? ** Sheets, pillows, doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel! ** Parking for cars, boats etc? ** There is off street parking for one car. ** Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay? ** Riverside Studio is a pet friendly property, however please note that the Minnamurra River is not a pet off leash area and dogs are not allowed to swim in the river, or along its banks. You will need to keep you dog on the property or walk it elsewhere. Your pet stay is also subject to the following rules, please: Please do not allow wet or dirty dogs in or through the house Absolutely no dogs on the furniture or in the bedrooms Please bag and dispose of doggy waste appropriately ** What are the minimum stay rules? ** There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January. ** Are there any special Peak Season rules? ** Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable.
