The space The house is located on a hill, and the apartment is in the basement. We live as a small family in the middle of the house, and in the attic, we welcome our guests for a “little getaway”! And here’s how you can enjoy your vacation...... Look forward to a stylish living room with a sofa corner (sofa bed) and a fireplace that provides cozy warmth after a hike or a session in the apartment’s own sauna. A private terrace with fire pit, BBQ and a fantastic view invite you to enjoy nature. In the fully equipped kitchen, you will find Everything you need to prepare delicious meals – including: - Stove with oven - Fridge with freezer compartment - Nespresso coffee machine - Toaster, kettle, and much more. Afterward, enjoy your meal in the Cozy dining area with a view of the countryside. A beautifully designed bathroom with a large shower is available for your exclusive use. In the separate bedroom, you will find a 1.80-m (5.91-ft) wide double bed, where you can enjoy a wonderfully Dream and wind down from the day in a relaxed atmosphere be able to do so. Just 12 km away, the cozy town of Blankenheim, with its charming old town center and idyllic atmosphere, invites you to take a leisurely stroll. Our picturesque little town of Bad Münstereifel was lovingly rebuilt after the flood. Many of the historic half-timbered houses have been modernized and now house well-known brands as Kneipp, Puma, WMF, Wellensteyn, Lindt, and Street One. Bad Münstereifel now welcomes its guests with even more charm, warmth, and flair. The municipality of Nettersheim also captivates with its natural charm and offers perfect conditions for pure relaxation. Here, a lot of emphasis is placed on regional cuisine, slowing down, and enjoying nature.
