Beach Penthouse Belmare is on one of Mauritius favourite Beaches in Belle Mare and part of Rose des Sables private Complex, 1 hour from the airport. It offers, long walks on our white sandy beach, swimming in pristine Water, Pool and Loungers, Watersport, Housekeeper, and modern comfort. The space The PENTHOUSE Beach Pentouse Belmare is on the second floor with stunning sea views. It is spacious with an area of around 190 square metres plus the 2 large terraces and balcony. It has three double bedrooms with Airncondition, two bathrooms (one en-suite with bathtub in the room) and a fully equipped open plan kitchen, with modern furnishings. Living area: Large open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen with gorgeous ocean views. The lounge has a Smart TV with local channels and Canal Sat Channels, YouTube, and Netflix. The dining table sits 8 people; there is another table and chairs on the terrace. The kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, gas hobs, Nespresso machine and dishwasher. Large Glass sliding doors open onto the roof terrace. Terrace: The terrace is spacious as you can see on the pictures. It has a partly covered Pergola with a table and chairs. 2 long chairs and more around the pool and garden to the beach. Amazing sea views. Master Bedroom: double bed with built-in wardrobes. It has an open plan en-suite bath and shower and toilet not to forget the bathtub in the room. It is air conditioned and has a Balcony to the sea. 2nd bedroom: double bed with built-in wardrobes. It is air conditioned. 3rd bedroom: double bed with built-in wardrobes. It has a view on open farmland with mountains in the background. The room is air conditioned. Bathroom for room 2 and 3: large shower, sink WC. Large back terrace where you can take pictures of marvellous sunsets. COMPLEX The complex has fifteen apartments in total, sharing an infinity pool (maximum depth of 1.6m) with a separate kid’s pool alongside. The grounds are well planted and landscaped, with a gardener and a cleaner working five days a week. The complex is managed professionally and well kept. SECURITY The complex is fenced and secure, benefiting from cameras around the perimeter. The penthouse has a safe big enough for laptops. SERVICES Our Manager will welcome you. The housekeeper works 5 x /week from 9:00 – 12:30. Less hours can be discussed with the Manager if you prefer more privacy. She will clean, make the beds, and change the sheets (once a week). Linen and towels are available without extra cost. Toiletries are provided; food and beverage are not included. The internet is free. Children are very welcome although you should note the pool is not fenced. A baby cot and highchair are available. NEIGHBOURHOOD The Complex is located on the East side of the island, nestled on the beach between some of the most luxurious hotels in the world. Solana, Long Beach, Constance Belle Mare and the St Geran One and Only hotels, the LUX and Residence hotels and especially their famous golf courses. To the right is the public Beach, mostly empty except on Sundays and Holidays .. you can follow the beach on either direction for long walks with the waves lapping your feet or jogging under the shade of the Casuarinas. Belle Mare plage is one of the best beaches in Mauritius. It is more private and less crowded than the other main beaches. Since it is less built up, it has kept more of the wild beauty that characterises Mauritius. The stretches of sand are punctuated by amalgams of black volcanic rocks and it is not uncommon to find local fishermen with a line dipped in the sea. The village of Trou d’Eau Douce and the town of Centre de Flacq are 15 minute’s drive away. Trou d’eau douce is a typical Mauritian Village with charming seaside snacks and Restaurants. Flacq at 20 minutes by car is not less typical, in the contrary livelier with its large daily bazar. You will also find a huge Supermarket including food courts and Mc Donald, Kentucky, Pizza, Cafés ect. Subject to booking a reservation, you can have lunch at one of the luxury hotels close to the complex either through a short walk on the beach or a short drive away. Water sports are possible 100m away on the beach. Boat rides including glass bottom, parasailing, undersea walks, etc are proposed at extra cost. We can arrange your car rental and airport transfer. Other things to note - Tourist Tax Starting October 1st, 2025, a government tourist tax of €3 per person as from 12 years , per night will be collected in cash upon arrival.
