The space Our 33 acres is only 2 miles from groceries and 4 miles from the best dining and shopping Fredericksburg had to offer. We are off the 290 wine trail. You turn on Old San Antonio Rd and we are only a mile away from 290. You enter down a long winding driveway between The Michael Ros Winery and Vale Ranch with longhorns. There’s space for about 50+ vehicles. You enter with a unique code to the door’s keypad. Theres 12 bedrooms total. There’s 10 bedrooms with king cooling gel memory foam beds with en-suite restrooms with showers. You can even lock up your room with a code that will be provided. There’s a bonus semi attached king bedroom with a mini split and sink. Theres a bunk bed room with a triple full bunk bed and a triple twin bunk bed, Nintendo switch and bean bags chairs to play video games. There’s a bathroom with a claw foot tub and a half bathroom. If you need more king bedrooms, we have 4 more private domes/bubbles on the 33 acres with a bathroom/shower, king bed, custom hammock in the deck, hot tub, fire pit. Ask us about pricing. There’s dining seating for up to 44 in the banquet room, 8 at the kitchen island and 8 at the pool table that converts to benches and a dining table. There’s a salt water pool and hot tub with a basketball hoop and child life vests available. There’s a fooseball table, Jumbo Jenga and cornhole. There’s an outdoor see through propane fireplace and grill. Enjoy the sunken firepit area within the pool while sipping some local wine. If you’re patient and quiet you will see White Tail Deer, Axis Deer, Jackrabbits, Foxes, Hawks, Armadillos, Raccoons, Longhorns, and all types of other birds. We love having weddings it’s why we built a majestic giant limestone Arch. The price is a 4 night minimum stay +Event Fee + Extra Guests Fee (if any). We recommend checking in at 4pm on Thursday, Setting up on a Friday, Wedding and Reception on Saturday and Sunday Funday with family and friends as a Newlywed couple. Checkout at 10am on Monday (late checkout is $50/hour if available). 4 Night Minimum- We can waive the 4 night minimum when you book less than 3 months away from the wedding date. For example, If the wedding is 3 months away, we can reduce the nightly minimum stay to 3 nights. If you book a wedding 2 months away, we can reduce the stay to a 2 night minimum. If the wedding is in a month or less, we could reduce nightly minimum to 1 night. Event Fee-There’s a $500 event fee for less than 30 guests, $1000 for 31-60 guests, $1500 for 61-90 guests, $2000 for 91-120 guests, $2500 for 121-150 guests and $3000 for 151+ guests. Event fee includes Engagement Photo Location held at The Retreat (Photographer not included), up to 100 white folding chairs with 10 (6 foot) round white folding tables that sit 10 people each, vendor list of photographers, chefs, caterers, musicians and marriage officiants/pastors, Frozen Margarita Machine, Karaoke Machine, Virtual Photo Booth, State of the Art Indoor/Outdoor Sonos Stereo System that serves as a DJ, Large Ice chest and custom built bar. All other add ons like pool and spa heating, early check in, late checkout, massages, yoga, etc are extra. There are no noise restrictions on our 33 acres. Extra Guest Fee- The first 16 guests are included in the nightly rate shown. After 16 guests it’s $25/person/day. There is no maximum amount of guests. The Retreat can sleep up to 30 comfortably and we have seen 50 overnight guests as well. We have parking for about 70 vehicles. We have 8 additional king or queen bedroom suites in domes or Mirror Houses on the property for 20% off the nightly rate after The Villa is booked. Payment plans are available if needed. Go to our calendar and see if the night before you is still available, if it is still available, then, there is a chance that you can check in as early as you want since there is no check out. Before asking me, refer to the calendar. However, we do have last minute check-ins so an early check-in cannot be guaranteed unless you purchase the night before. If early check-in is available, it will be $50 an hour. Standard check-in time is 4 PM. CAN I CHECK OUT LATE? It depends. Check the calendar and if the date is available on the date you check out then you can check out at any time. However, I do have last-minute check-ins, so we cannot guarantee a late check out. Regardless, we can usually provide 1 to 2 hours of a late check out even if there is a 4 PM check-in unless the guests checking in have already reserved and purchased an early check-in. It would be $50 an hour and standard check out is 10 AM. There may or may not be any creamer. *January and February pool heating is $300 daily and spa heating is $150 daily. (2 day minimum).
