For 10 years we have been providing lodging services to doctors who are residents of the specialty medical service at the Hospital de Especialidades Pediátricas. The space We are distinguished by our location in the city, the safety of the street and the neighborhood. Our facilities are adapted to the new normal requested by health authorities in compliance with Airbnb's Cleaning Protocol. Our work team provides the required added value by striving to carry out cleaning, disinfection and maintenance so that the apartment is in optimal hygiene and health conditions upon arrival. We guarantee your satisfaction during your rest, as it is a space free of city noise and specially designed for your relaxation. During your stay you will have complete independence in all your facilities, which is why we provide you with a set of keys. Guest access Guests share the laundry and drying area located on the roof and is specially for their use. The condominium has eight parking spaces outside, you are urged not to leave valuables in the vehicle to avoid any mishap. The condominium has video surveillance cameras in its common areas to ensure the safety of all its inhabitants. Other things to note The condominium does not have a set check-in and check-out time during your stay, for this you are provided with a set of keys, so you are responsible for your safety. The avenue's neighborhood committee hires a security guard from Monday to Saturday from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., so if you need their help, you can request it, since we are on their list. Avoid giving access to strangers and when leaving make sure to close the apartment doors and lock the main gate with a key and padlock. For health reasons, shampoo, toilet soap, bedspreads and duvets or any other personal items are not provided. You are provided with two pillows with covers and a set of sheets (flat and fitted). During your stay, you are responsible for cleaning the apartment. If you need to verify your stay for tax purposes, we have invoicing, rates plus VAT, ask about payment terms.
