You'll have stunning views of the renowned Shirarahama Beach right from the living room. There's a direct bus from Osaka to Shirahama so you won't even need to drive. The maximum number of guests on airbnb is 16 pax on the reservation website, but we can accommodate up to about 24 people. The additional person charge will be 4000 yen per person. The space 1st Floor • Kitchen, living room, dining area, bathroom, indoor shower room, and toilet • Ocean-view BBQ deck, private sauna, jacuzzi • The living room is equipped with a TV. • Tableware, appliances, and amenities are all provided (refrigerator, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, rice cooker, washing machine). 2nd Floor • Toilet • There are 6 bedrooms: • Room 1 (Western-style): King bed ×1, single futon ×2 • Room 2 (Japanese-style): Double bed ×2 • Room 3 (Japanese-style): Double bed ×2 • Rooms 4–6 (Japanese-style): Single futon ×4 in each room There are 6 bedrooms on the 2nd floor. Each of them has a key on the door. Towels and toothbrushes are placed in the corridor area outside room #6. Please use them during your stay. ★ For guests 8 pax and below. PLEASE only use room numbers 1 to 4. Room numbers 5 and 6 are only to be used when there are 9pax and more. ※We will only be preparing futon and amenities for the amount of guests on the reservation. Please note:There is parking space in front of the house for 2 cars. Next to the house, we also have space for 2-3 cars. ※It's possible to leave your luggage at the property earlier and use the parking area from 1300 onwards. We ask that you kindly inform us of this in advance. Guest access I do not allow strangers to be in the house, so rest assured that the room is made fully available to you and your friends/family during the period of stay. All rooms are not shared with other guests. You can use everything in this house, such as the dishes and electrical appliances in the kitchen, but please be careful not to break them. If you break something in the house, I might charge you the extra cost. I have fridge, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, rice cooker and 4 Portable gas stove there. Please bring food and gas cartridge by yourself, if want use it. I also have bathroom amenities, such as shampoo, conditioner, and body cleanser. ☆You are welcome to use the amenities (shampoo, body wash, detergent, etc.), but please use it within reason so that other guests may enjoy it as well. The towels provided are only to be used during your stay at the property, please do not take them out or take them home with you. We will charge you ￥1000 per towel that has gone missing. The outside hot spring facilities connected to the building cannot be used. If you would like to experience a Japanese onsen please visit one of Shirahama's many famous hotsprings. Other things to note ★ For guests 8 pax and below. PLEASE only use room numbers 1 to 4. Room numbers 5 and 6 are only to be used when there are 9pax and more. ※We will only be preparing futon and amenities for the amount of guests on the reservation. ※Every year there are fireworks events in the area (in July and September) and the roads will be closed off during these days. If you are planning on arriving on any of these days, please plan to arrive before 1PM as the roads will be closed after then. If you'd like you can leave your luggage at the property from 1PM onwards, but please remember to take your valuables with you.. ※During July, August, and September, it's prime seasons here at Shirahama. We'd like for you to be able to enjoy the beach when it's still bright. Especially when you're outside on the balcony or outside the property. If we receive any complaints from the neighbors nearby, we will have to ask you to leave the property right away regardless of whether you have other accommodation plans. If this is to occur, please understand that as this is an infringement on your part, we will not be able to provide any refund. We appreciate your understanding. ※The kitchen is equipped with most of the utensils you'll require for cooking. However, there is no oil or condiments at the property in order to upkeep hygiene standards and prevent cross contamination. If you plan to cook, we ask that you kindly bring your own condiments and ingredients. ※Slippers are not provided, so please bring your own if needed.
