The space The house is situated in Moltrasio, a quaint village in the first basin of Lake Como. The village is about 8 km from Como and 3km from Cernobbio, known for the presence of Villa D'Este and Villa Erba. The house is reached after a short, scenic walk 5 /7 minutes (which I'm 37 years we use this time, my mom is 72 years old instead it takes 15 minutes), of course we do not recommend this house to people who have physical problems.
