Viravento Family House opens in August 2022 to be the ideal accommodation for families looking for a classic, spacious and quiet space. A 26-minute walk from the beach, the Casino or the Train Station (5 min by car) and an 20 minutes-walk from Centro Multimeios (3 min by car), Viravento Family House offers you the perfect place to rest and spend quality time with your family! The space There are four bedrooms in the house: one double suite, two double bedrooms, and one twin bedroom. There is also an office with a large sofa bed, which can be transformed into an extra bedroom for 2 people. In total, the house has 3 full bathrooms. The living room is spacious, featuring an extendable table and a flat-screen TV with 150 channels. The kitchen is large, equipped with an American-style fridge, microwave, and all amenities needed for meal preparation. We provide a coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. Complimentary coffee capsules, tea, sugar, olive oil, salt, and some cooking spices are offered. All rooms are air-conditioned. The house also has a private patio with a space for outdoor dining. There are no barbecue facilities available. The property does not have private parking, but street parking is free in this area of the city, and there is plenty of space to park. Other things to note - Sofa Bed Usage: If you wish to use the sofa bed, please inform us during the booking process. Otherwise, we will assume a group of 8 or fewer guests and prepare only the bedrooms. - Accessibility: Please note that our accommodation has internal stairs.
