Guest access Guests have daily access to beach chairs, sun beds, umbrellas and towels, in addition to rooftop access with unsurpassed views of the sea and mountains, a sun dial, barbecue grill, tables and chairs. Full-size tennis court available for play, including a basketball net at regulation height and a hand-ball court. Tennis rackets/balls & basketballs available for guests. There is also an outdoor ping pong table. Full size Kayak and other inflatables also available for use! Other things to note *PLEASE NOTE regarding the Cleaning Fee* • Airbnb does not offer the hosts the option to charge a weekly cleaning fee, and it's best that the house is cleaned weekly especially when there are many guests, therefore, any reservations booked for 7 days or more will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
