The apartment is newly equipped and is located in the immediate vicinity of the lake, but still away from the tourist hustle and bustle in the summer months. Just a few minutes' walk from Lake Constance, the Kressbronn beach, the listed Bodan shipyard complex as well as the Bodan Promenade, which offers gastronomic and cultural highlights. The friendly bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), a baby bed and high chair are also located in the apartment and can be provided if needed. The living room has direct access to the covered balcony where, overlooking nature, you can spend relaxing hours. You can end your evenings with a glass of wine on the cozy couch in the living room, which can also be used as an additional bed if needed. The fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with bathtub and washing machine offer everything you need for your stay. The apartment has an underground parking space. This apartment can also be rented for a longer period of time, prices are then on request. Amenities for an all-round carefree stay: Upon your arrival, you will find freshly made beds, carefully prepared hand towels, shower and tea towels as well as a starter package with cleaning, dishwasher and hygiene products. Final cleaning, bed linen and one set of towels per person per week are included. The tourist tax is charged separately via the owners and paid to the city of Lindau. Things to Note: Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed in this space. Flexible arrival and departure seven days a week is possible, and nothing stands in the way of a late arrival due to the existing key safe.
