Bright Studio Apt Quiet, private living room

The apartment is on the second floor of the house- the bathroom and kitchen are shared with one woman but you have your own private living room and bedroom. Your private space consists of a large living room with a couch and fireplace with two large windows overlooking a lush garden. Tons of light and birds chirping in the living room. This area has its own lock and key- no one can come in but you- it is secure. The kitchen has pots pans etc. There are sheets for the bed and towels as well. The space There is a door that closes off your private living room and bedroom. If you exit that door you enter into the bathroom/kitchen. This space is shared with my roommate who is the only other person who lives on this floor. She also has her own living room/bedroom situation. During your stay I am in LA, so I won’t be there- but I am available by phone! :)
