House Cheptainville next to Ferme de la Doudou

In this house, you'll be 35 km from Paris and still feel like you're in the middle of the countryside! The fields face the house and the Doudou farm, much loved by children, is just a short walk away. Our recently-built house sleeps up to 7 people, divided into 2 bedrooms (+ sofa bed), and includes 2 bathrooms (one with bath), a pretty terrace with parasol and barbecue, a washing machine and tumble dryer, and a small garden. The space The house comprises: - Ground floor: living room with sofa bed and flat screen TV, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, tumble dryer, bathroom with WC and large shower and outside terrace with parasol, outdoor furniture and barbecue overlooking the garden. - Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and a single bed, a bathroom with WC and bath. Bedding, towels, barbecue, wifi and TV included. Guest access You will have the whole property to yourselves. This is a terraced house with insulation between the two sides and quiet people on the other side. One-storey house. Sofa bed and bathroom with WC on the ground floor. Other things to note As well as being just 35 km from the gates of Paris, Marolles-en-Hurepoix, Arpajon and Brétigny-sur-Orge are all within easy reach by car. These include the Maison Neuve shopping centre in Brétigny-sur-Orge (with its Kinepolis cinema complex and more than 70 shops and restaurants), the La Croix Blanche business park in Sainte-Geneviève-des-bois, the largest shopping park in the Ile-de-France region, with 164 stores covering 700,000 m2, and the Amazon depot in Brétigny-sur-Orge. Other tourist attractions such as Versailles, Fontainebleau and Barbizon are less than 40 minutes' drive from the property. Parking is easy, with a parking space in front of the house and another 100 metres away. The Ferme Pédagogique de la Doudou, located 100 metres from the house, is a special place for children, with all its animals (goats, cows, donkeys, horses, rabbits, pigs, wild boar, poultry, etc.) that can be approached and stroked. You can take part in milking the goats and cows, and many dairy products, fruit and vegetables are sold. Our house is a non-smoking accommodation. Pets are allowed for a supplement of 15 euros, to be discussed with the owner. The house is open from 5pm and must be vacated by 11am. However, it is possible to make arrangements with the owner to arrive earlier or leave later if no other booking is affected. A cot and baby bath can be provided if required.
