Right next to the apartment complex you will find the Mainkai promenade for strolling and sunbathing; in addition, a well-managed international restaurant with sun terraces, lounge and vaulted cellar. Just 80 m above the market square, there are several restaurants ranging from the Chinese to the Greeks to one of the best Franconian brewery inns, the Bräustüble. Bakers, butchers and all other shops for daily needs can also be found in the immediate vicinity of the market square. The stables themselves consist of 2 building ensembles – a more than 300-year-old half-timbered barn and the manor house with striking half-timbered design. Both were acquired by us at the beginning of 2018 and brought up to date in a complex construction. The property has been completely gutted, the trusses have been serviced and a total of 10 perfectly tailored, climate-controlled feel-good units have been prepared using exclusively biologically selected and natural materials. The exterior façade has been preserved, including the wood-clay compartments and the natural brickwork behind them. Inside, a perfect climate was ensured with a purely natural insulation plaster and insulation materials, the expansion itself was made with lime sandstone and in wood construction.
