Charming Waterfront Bungalow

Dear Travelers, The Charming Bungalow is an independent 1 bedroom, 1 bath, private suite , attached but separated and locked from main house. The property is sanctuary like It has fully equipped kitchenette, including outside grill, for small meals, covered veranda for lounging, and side deck with chairs to relax. The large jacuzzi tub is a bonus. There have been some changes recently. There are two new homes being constructed right across the canal from this bungalow. The space Relax in this charming canal front bungalow type efficiency studio, just 2 short miles to the main street (5th Avenue) in Olde Naples or 3 short miles to the gorgeous beaches on the Gulf of Mexico and 1 mile to Naples Botanical Gardens. Sorry, no pets are allowed. Walking/bicycling distance to shops, grocery, pharmacy, restaurants, bars, live music, coffee shops, yoga Celebration food truck park and incredible microbrewery. Tile floors, colorful, artfully decorated, clean and neat. Set up with Queen bed, but, room for additional bedding on floor, such as blow up mattress, etc, which owner has available. Private off street parking, private entrance and deck with chairs. Covered veranda with outside dining/grill/hammock/comfy sitting area. Bicycles and kayaks may be borrowed to use. Smoking of cigs or cigars not allowed anywhere on the compound, as it blows everywhere and can be smelled by owner and other guests. This includes vaping. That includes not smoking at the edge of the property or end of driveway. Kitchenette Description: small refrigerator, 2 burner cooktop, roaster oven,instant hot water maker, nutra-bullet, Insta-pot, coffee pot, refrigerator, utensils, pots and pans, dinnerware, dining table and chairs, inside and out. Grill on veranda. There is no kitchen sink inside the unit however one is available on the veranda. It is a dish washing station shared with the guests in the Sweet Bungalow (way on other end of property) which is on the veranda midway between the two units which are separated far enough to allow for privacy. Bath has shower, large tub (jacuzzi motor broken and will be replaced), dual sinks. Unit has large closet. All utilities included, as well as fast wifi. Smart TV with Roku, however guests must bring their own streaming passwords, etc. Laundry services provided by owner for free for stays one week or longer....sheets, towels only. Otherwise, there is a public laundry nearby Unit has it's own central AC/Heat. Available with a 3 night min....weekly and monthly rates available upon request. Often rented to repeat customers and friends and on another (URL HIDDEN) limited reviews are available on this one. Owner prefers quiet types, who will enjoy coming home to the sanctuary type setting with beautiful views of canal, birds, etc. Owner does not want friends of guests stopping by or coming and going to the property during a guests stay. This space is not intended to share with outsiders nor for entertaining friends, parties, etc. It is strictly for the guests for lodging. Two County Parks nearby with swimming lake, walking paths, tennis and pickleball. Planet Fitness gym and yoga studio very close by. Get your peace restored and reset your balance at this lovely spot with old growth trees...a true slice of Olde Florida! Recent changes include two homes under construction across the canal. The price has been lowered for this reason, even though it's high season. If you are the traveler who is out and about during the day, this won't bother you much. It can get noisy at times. However, night times and weekends are generally quiet. The privacy on the deck is compromised as well. Guest access Kayaks, bicycles. During your stay I am a relatively private person, but, very friendly. I give my guests a lot of privacy, but, am available to visit some. I work alot, so don't have a lot of time to just hang and visit, except on occasion. Other things to note Recent changes to note: FULL DISCLOSURE! There are two new homes being constructed across the canal from this bungalow. So, the jungle views are gone, as well as the privacy on the deck. There is construction noise many days, although rare on weekends and never at night. I've adjusted my prices to $100.00 a night, instead of $145.00 which is the usual seasonal rate. If you are a traveler who is out and about all day, this should not bother you. However, if you are one who wants things super quiet so you can relax and read a book, this could be challenging.
