The apartment covers an area of 110 m2 with a very large terrace. The terrace is enclosed by windows that can all be opened by sliding next to each other. In summer the terrace is completely open, but in winter it acts as a veranda. The accommodation has an optimal South/South West orientation, which means that in winter you have stunning views of the sunrise and sunset (from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. in December/January). All windows are equipped with shutters. The pool is not heated and accessible from April to November approximately depending on the year and the weather. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed for the key handover and check-in; on the day of your departure, we will proceed with the return of the keys and check-out. The couple who will welcome you speaks French and Spanish (limited English) For the winter you will have electric heating in the living room and bathroom. There is little nuisance outside the sounds of everyday life. The apartment is well equipped if for some reason you misplace bath/shower/beach towels or inadvertently break objects, you will be asked for financial compensation for the damage.
