The space This charming home is nestled in a quiet, historic neighborhood along Oregon’s Adventure Coast. The upper level was renovated in 2019, with the lower level fully updated in 2021, offering modern comfort while preserving its coastal charm. Enjoy panoramic bay views and breathtaking sunrises or a full moon over the Bay being equally spectacular. Featuring five comfortable bedrooms and three full bathrooms, the home also includes two full kitchens, a large dining room, and an additional dining area on the lower level. Relax in the spacious upper living room with a cozy fireplace, or unwind in the second living area downstairs. Smart TVs are available in both living areas, preloaded with Hulu and Netflix, and you’re welcome to stream your favorite channels during your stay. Step through French doors from the upper living room onto a large deck with stunning bay views and abundant local wildlife. Watch frequent visitors including a family of black-tailed deer. Birdwatchers will delight at sightings of bald eagles, kestrels, and other native Oregon Coast birds (binoculars provided). Observe massive log ships from international waters passing by, oyster boats harvesting in the bay or enjoy a barbecue on the deck. Cozy up with a good book by the fireplace or play board games from our extensive collection. The covered lower patio ensures outdoor enjoyment year-round, with BBQs on both levels. Bayview House is the perfect place to gather with friends, work groups, or large families, offering plenty of space, privacy, and shared living areas for memorable moments together. We provide four crab rings and detailed instructions for obtaining a license. Crabbing is currently open to residents and non-residents alike. A propane crab cooker is available for outdoor use. The house comfortably accommodates 10–12 guests with five bedrooms plus two discreet ottoman/single beds in the upper living room and a pack-and-play for young children. Parking includes a spacious covered carport with a 7-foot height limit, plus additional parking on either side for oversized vehicles. We can often accommodate ATV trailers or small boats with some maneuvering. Additional parking may be available on an adjoining lot to the south, with separate access to the lower level via a gravel path if needed. Whether you’re an experienced player or new to the game, Bandon Dunes is a must-visit destination just minutes away. Electric vehicle drivers will appreciate the complimentary Tesla EV charger (48 Amp, 11.5 kW) under the carport, providing 30–44 miles of range per hour depending on your Tesla model. There is a grassy lot South of the property for you to enjoy with additional parking. You will also have access to a wood shed. Oversized vehicles need to be mindful of the height of the carport before entering (The clearance is 7 feet in height at its lowest point).
