Charming house and green paradise

Former mill, the house (the Chayla) is located in a small paradise of greenery. A river that is crossed by a beautiful stone bridge runs through the property. The renovated, bright and warm living rooms open onto superb views of the river or the mountain. The house is large and offers spaces adapted to everyone's needs: 4 bedrooms, but also a living room and library. Come and disconnect at Chayla! The space The house is located in a truly exceptional mid-mountain environment: 5 ha park, part of which is in the forest. A whitewater river (the Sor) that crosses the property, brings freshness in summer: a real cocoon of greenery! The rooms (3 upstairs and 1 downstairs) are nice and comfortable: all bedding is new and of very good quality. Pastel Room (20 m2): 1 double bed, 1 antique wardrobe, 1 sofa bed, 2 windows and 1 balcony 4 Riquets Room (20 m2): 4 single beds including 2 bunk beds, 1 dresser, 2 windows Bernicot Room (15 m2): 1 double bed, 1 wardrobe/closet, 2 windows. Jeannette Room (15 m2): 1 double bed, 1 wardrobe/closet, 1 window overlooking the river Upstairs bathroom: clawfoot bathtub and toilet Ground floor bathroom: walk-in shower and toilet On the ground floor, the entrance opens onto a large dining/living room, with a large original fireplace, carved out of the rock. A stove is installed and allows for a good blaze in winter (there is no shortage of wood…) The library overlooks the living room and houses many books, TV, as well as board games. The kitchen (with new appliances (gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge) has a dining area. The terrace, a large umbrella and a barbecue allow you to have lunch outside, by the river on sunny days. And the kids also have their own corner with a pretty wooden cabin by the water! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house, except the attic and workshop Other things to note Linens and towels are not provided, but can be rented for €30 per room (including, for each room, 1 flat sheet, 1 duvet cover +2 bath linens + 2 towels + bathroom exit) No pets allowed.
