Other things to note Boathouse has been converted to outdoor living area. No lifts are available for any watercraft. Overnight mooring is not an option. Great water for swimming and your inflatable toys. Fire pit with Adirondack chairs facing the lake. Lily pad on boat house for guests to use. Bluetooth sound system. Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise levels down in the evenings (after 8:00 pm) if enjoying the outdoors. NO parties NO fireworks NO pets NO smoking on or around property Marina 2 miles from property with restaurant. During the season you can eat and enjoy the bar at the marina. Grocery stores within minutes from property. $500.00 Deposit required to hold property.
