Welcome to our newly renovated Sicilian style B&B, where we offer private guestrooms in a shared house with the hosts and the other guests. Combine the luxury of a hotel stay with the hominess of a Bed & Breakfast! At B&B Zia Gianna we offer a delicious breakfast, daily housekeeping service, luxury linens, and fresh towels throughout your stay. Your evening will end with a restful night’s or with a soak in our hot tub. B&B Zia Gianna is an historic house built in 1899. On the first floor it features a wrapped front porch, a living room and a dining room with a fireplace in each room, a kitchen, a full bath, a screened back porch, a backyard with a fish pond and a fire pit. All the doors and moldings are original. Upstairs, the master bedroom "Bruno's Room" has a private bathroom in the room, while the second guest room "Nancy's Room" (see the separate listing airbnb.com/h/ziagianna-nancyroom) has a private bathroom located in the hallway. Guests are free to enjoy the entire house and socialize with us and the other guests. They can sit on our rocking chairs or pew located in our front porch and enjoy the scent of the jasmine and gardenias of our garden. Our living room offers a large sectional and + swivel chair and a large TV. Our dining room is where breakfast is served every morning between 8-9:30 am, in alternative breakfast can be served on our cozy screened back porch. Complimentary hot coffee will be available every morning in the dining room starting at 7:30am. Complimentary water, sweets, and crackers are available in the fridges in each guest room. We also have a hot tub in our backyard for the enjoyment of our guest. Easiest way to reach is by text message or phone call. Savannah is perfect to either walk, bike or drive (easy to park). We are located in the Southeast side of the Victorian District just a few blocks away from Forsyth Park. Savannah is very popular for the ghost tours, for the delicious restaurants, and for the buzzing night life. Dog friendly - small size (25lbs max) and well behaved. Owners are responsible for cleaning after their dogs. We own a Maltese dog named Bruno.
