Incredible Waterfront Townhome
As close to the water as you can get! Our building is considered the best in the complex which is waterfront, very private and peaceful. Perched on the Point we have fantastic views overlooking the intracoastal's oyster beds, mangroves, exotic birds and many fish species. The sunsets are incredible. A fisherman's paradise. There is a private boat dock and a small boat ramp to launch your kayak. Watch dolphins put on a show almost daily from your lanai. The beach is right across the street! This recently upgraded unit is considered in the best building of the complex which is waterfront. You cant get any closer to the water. Sitting on the patio or upstairs balcony is spectacular! Sunsets or anytime is so calming and beautiful. The kitchen is brand new with all modern appliances including good quality cooking utensils, blender, toaster, hand mixer, coffee maker, electric teapot, coffee bean grinder, Coffee filters, pour over, Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine (bring your Vertuo coffee pods.) Refrigerator has a water filter built in. Dishwasher pods supplied, liquid soap dispensers in Kitchen and baths. We supply a couple of 4 cup drip coffee packets along with some creamers and sugar. Large screen smart TV and Internet provided. Remember- NO PETS! Whole house The condo is in Crescent Beach on Anastasia Island situated between the ocean and the Matanzas River Intracoastal waterway. We are directly on the water and it is a short walk across the street to the ocean. Our place is one of only 2 condos in the area that is on the inland waterway There are a mix of homes and condominiums on the island. This is not a hi-rise community. The area is very quiet and peaceful and bustling with nature. But not far from the 'City of lights' St Augustine where there is a plethora of things going on. There is a convenience store open 24 hrs a few blocks away and plenty of good restaurants. There are many good restaurants on the island. and various stores for shopping. The main part of town is about 9 miles north where you can just about find everything. There are many parks and historic places to visit here. There are no real traffic problems but some holiday traffic can get busy. Good nearby restaurants are the Elk House, Commanders,as well as Captain's BBQ at Bings Landing which is 10 miles south on the A1A. Smokin D's on the 206 and Hwy 1 has great BBQ. Harry's Seafood Bar and Grill in the city of St Augustine is a popular favorite. Metro Diner has the best fried chicken . Italian restaurants Romano’s and Casa Benedeto’s are very nice. A favorite spot for sightseeing and fishing is the Matanzas Inlet, about 3 miles. Our favorite spot for fishing, bike riding and picnics is Princess Place Preserve located at 2500 Princess Place Road Palm Coast, FL. Nearby grocery stores are Winn Dixies or Publix on HWY 1, just north of the 206, also on lower road A1A-S. Every Wednesday is a farmers market at the St Augustine Pier 7 miles north on the A1A. Every Saturday morning is another Farmers Market at the St Augustine Amphitheater 'about 9 miles north on the A1A For beach access, walk across the street about a block north opposite Green St. You can also access the beach 1/2 mile north at Cubbedge Rd, where you have parking, showers and bathrooms, and beach access for 4 wheel drive vehicles. Genung's Fish Camp on the west end of Cubbedge Rd is recommended for bait and kayak rentals. We have a small fishing dock with a sink, table and lights to do any fish cleaning. We have a small boat ramp that is mainly used for kayaks and canoes. If fishing please clean your catch at the cleaning station on the dock and not in the house, as it leaves a forever smell. There are 2 beach chairs and beach towels available. For beach access, walk across the street about a block north. You can also access the beach 1/2 mile north at Cubbedge Rd. where you have parking, showers and bathrooms. Beach driving is accessible with 4 wheel drive vehicles.
