Cosy Cottage near the beach

My place is a light & airy villa which I make available to guests who wish to stay in the area. It is very close to Ettalong shops, cinema, markets, Palm Beach Ferry, restaurants and beach walking path. Full access to lounge room with DVD player, Foxtel, Netflix, Firestick, air con, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, SHARED laundry. Activities abound ie. bush walking, paddle boarding, patrolled surfing beaches, sailing. Bus to Woy Woy, Umina, Gosford close by. Smalll dogs welcome The space My lovely two bedroom home is very close to patrolled beaches, ferry to Palm Beach, markets, shops and cinema. No need for a car, you can walk to almost everything. Plenty of bedding, extra blankets, towels, beach towels, soaps and toilet paper are provided. The area is very quiet. Please help yourself to food items either in the fridge or the cupboards and tea/coffee are also provided. Guest access Guests will have access to the kitchen, bathroom, dining room, lounge room and SHARED laundry as I have accommodation at the back of the house and need to use the laundry.
