The main house borders directly on the idyllic Mark with the St. Nikolai Church and the City Hall, which can be reached through the front entrance. Through the back exit you can reach a shopping center directly. The space The rooms (bedroom, kitchen and bathroom) were lovingly renovated and newly equipped in 2019.
