Marble floors and high ceilings, it consists of 2 bedrooms with new and super comfortable beds (one bedroom with 2 single beds of 90x1.90cm and built-in wardrobe, the other bedroom with a double bed 1.35x1.90m and built-in wardrobe). Several types of pillows are available for added comfort. Spacious and cozy living room with sofa bed (2.40m wide and bed measures 90 x 2m)… and a super comfortable designer armchair, dining table with seating for 5 people and 45-inch Smart TV with Netflix, YouTube... Fully equipped kitchen with kitchenware and all appliances of the highest quality and newly purchased - refrigerator, washing machine, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker (Nespresso and normal capsules), juicer, kettle, 3-burner ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils for cooking. Air conditioning through hot/cold ducts throughout the house (in both bedrooms and living room). Apart from if preferred, both rooms have a ceiling fan.
